Delivery Times and Receipt of Goods
You should receive your goods within 5-10 working days from date of order. If your order is likely to take longer, we will contact you. Your order will be packed/shipped when every item is available. To safeguard your security, the delivery will be electronically tracked. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact sales@european-elegance.com We will be do our best to ensure a fast and convenient delivery, however we regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside our control. Salestax EUROPEAN-eLEGance.com is a tax-free retailer. All applicable salestaxes as a result of your order will be at the expense of our company. Cancellation If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by emailing us. This must be done within one hour of placing an order. After this time, we may have already packaged your order and arrangements may have been made to send it out to you. In this case, we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, following the instructions within the Refunds and Returns paragraph. Description of Products Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. Payment CreditCards Accepted: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover and Diners. You will only be debited when your order is ready for dispatch. Card Security: What is a Card Security Code?A Card Security Code is a unique number printed on your debit/credit card. This number is not embossed on the card and therefore not printed on receipts - making it difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder to know. Different cards will have different numbers and places where the Card Security Code is recorded.Some cards have the full card number printed at the top of the signature strip on the reverse of the card and others have only seven digits. We will require the security code in both instances. Card Errors The following lists the Credit Card Services possible returned reason. • Missing one or more required fields. • One or more fields in the request contains invalid data. • The request was received, but a service did not finish running in time. • The request did not pass the Address Verification Service check. Billing address must be corresponded with the data you registered to your card. • Expired card. • Stolen or lost card. Discount incentives All shipments containing prepacked items in multiples as mentioned in the items order sections will receive a quantity discount of either 10% or 15% as described. These discounts only apply if quantities of each item reach the minimum required quantitiy per item, not as a collective quantity on the order totals.
