Damaged⁄Faulty Goods
. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email sales@european-elegance.com immediately.
• We will then organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity.
Unsuitable Goods
• To receive a refund you must return the goods within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Goods must be returned with your packing list to the address below.

Returns / Refund
• All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging.
• All goods that have been worn or opened will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• If returning by USpostal the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us.
The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
• We would recommend using UPS and retaining the proof of delivery as we may require signed proof of delivery.
